Where we ship

We ship across the Republic of Cyprus (Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Famagusta district and all villages served by ACS / Cyprus Post).

Rates

• Standard delivery: €3.50 flat rate
• Free shipping: on all orders over €50
• Express (next day): €6.50 — order before 13:00

Processing time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 15:00 are packed and dispatched the same day. Weekend and holiday orders go out on the next working day.

Delivery time

Standard: 1–3 working days. Express: next working day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

International

We currently ship within Cyprus only. EU delivery is coming soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.

14-day return window

You can return any unopened, unused product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What can be returned

• ✓ Sealed products in their original packaging
• ✓ Items in resellable condition
• ✗ Opened skincare, masks, or sunscreens (hygiene reasons)
• ✗ Sale items, gift cards and bundles marked "final sale"

How to return an item

1. Email hello@koreanglow.shop with your order number.
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and shipping label.
3. Drop the parcel at your nearest ACS point within 7 days.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Return shipping cost

Returns for change of mind: €3.50 deducted from your refund. Returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items: free of charge.
