This website (koreanglow.shop, hereafter "the Site") is operated by Korean Glow Shop Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Korean Glow Shop Ltd. References to "you" or "customer" mean the person browsing or placing an order on the Site.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing or placing an order on the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Products

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, colours and packaging. However, actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and periodic packaging updates by the brand. All products are sold subject to availability.

Skincare products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Please patch test new products and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include Cyprus VAT (19%).
• Prices may change at any time; the price payable is the one displayed at the moment you place the order.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and JCC-supported Cypriot debit cards. Payment is captured when the order is placed.
• In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline any order at our discretion, including for stock, payment or delivery reasons; in that case we refund you in full.

7. Shipping

Delivery times, rates and destinations are described on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Right to cancel and returns

Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, provided the products are unused and in their original sealed packaging. Full details of the procedure, exclusions (opened cosmetics, sale items, gift cards) and refund timings are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

9. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@koreanglow.shop. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at your choice.

10. Loyalty and promotions

Discount codes, promotions and loyalty rewards are subject to their own terms, may be limited in time, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, product descriptions and layout — is owned by or licensed to Korean Glow Shop Ltd and is protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site:

• in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
• to transmit any harmful, offensive, misleading or infringing content;
• to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected database;
• to scrape, resell or repackage our product data without written consent.

13. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, carrier disruption, natural disasters, pandemics or acts of government.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cypriot data-protection law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the one that applies. The latest version is always published on this page with the "last updated" date above.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to consumer rights under EU law.
